Concept design: A set of preliminary sketches based on your requests is presented. From these one becomes the preliminary design.
Preliminary design:
During this stage close communication is kept between the customer and the office to ensure the project completely fulfils the customer’s expectations and is developed accordingly.
Project:
Finally, the design breakdown enables final drawings and calculations to be performed.
Construction: It begins as final drawings concerning construction are finished. This does not make it necessary to finish the whole design to start building. All necessary documentation is given to the builder, while permanent supervision and advice is provided, assuring the customer the final product fully complies with all specifications.
